Sometimes mental burdens can transpire into a physical one, you just got to let go at times
Set little goals for yourself, get accustomed to a new way of living
Get your mind right first, then your body will follow!
You can create a workout routine out of your environment (Never say you can't exercise anywhere)
Be responsible for your actions and don't blame anyone else, you'll have less stress and procrastinate less
Buy that t-shirt, pants, or swim suit that you want to fit in (realistically) AIM for that goal!
Higher Intensity > Length of workout
Slowly reacquaint yourself with the gym! or you will scare yourself off
Ellipticals are effective but also easy on the joints
