		<description><![CDATA[You should add something about keeping your knees over the toes (tracking in line with the angle of the foot) throughout the squat. Particularly at the bottom, where people with week adductors tend to cave at the knees putting torque on them. Also, the placement of the knees (forward or behind the toes at the bottom) is dependent upon the anthropometry of the lifter. Someone with a long torso in relation to their leg segment lengths will be in a correct position with their knees behind the toe. A person with the opposite proportions will be in the correct position with the knees in front of the toes.
